I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at NPR Arts & Science College, with a total teaching experience of 2 years and 10 months. My educational qualifications include B.A., M.A., and M.Phil. I specialize in effective teaching, empathetic student engagement, and strong classroom management. I am always curious to learn new concepts and actively participate in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) to stay updated in my field. I have also completed a three-month course in World Literature, which has broadened my academic perspective. I firmly believe that the primary responsibility of a professor is not only to educate but also to mould the character of individuals, thereby contributing to the development of a healthy society. I am consistently committed to upgrading both my students’ academic growth and my own professional profile. “Happy Learning and Happy Teaching” is the guiding principle of my academic journey.
